- Annual billing is 12 months paid upfront and saves 10% on recurring plans and the listed recurring add-ons.
- We confirm enrolled-member and staff allowances with you during setup.
- Automated feeds need a supported trip file and a configured email feed. Monthly statements send when enabled for your program.
- Guided import and program setup is $199 once on Plus, waived with annual billing, and included with Ultimate. Custom projects are quoted separately.

Request a Loyalty Demo →Do I need an Open Limo subscription?
No. Loyalty is a standalone product. You can run a loyalty program while keeping your existing reservation and dispatch system.
How does Loyalty receive my trip data?
Upload CSV files or arrange for your booking system to email supported trip files to your Loyalty feed. We confirm the required fields and mapping during setup. Partner API access and webhooks provide read-only Loyalty data and outbound events; they are separate from trip imports.
What happens after I sign up?
Send the signup form and our team will contact you to confirm your plan, data feed and program setup. Signup is an assisted setup request; your account is created as part of that process.
How do passengers redeem points?
Your team handles redemptions from the management portal on every plan. Plus and Ultimate also let members send a redemption request from their member portal for your team to handle.
Can the member portal use my brand?
Every plan supports your logo and welcome message. Plus and Ultimate add portal themes and brand-color accents. A custom domain is an add-on on Plus and included with Ultimate.
Can I connect my CRM or automation tools?
Yes. Partner API and webhooks let your systems read Loyalty data and receive program events. This is an add-on on Plus and included with Ultimate. Custom connector work is scoped and quoted separately.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 12 months upfront to save 10% on your plan and the listed recurring add-ons. Optional guided setup on Plus is also waived with annual billing. Separately quoted custom projects are not included in this discount.
How many members and staff can I have?
We confirm the enrolled-member allowance and staff access for your program during setup. Tell us the size of your customer base and team in your signup or demo request so we can recommend the right fit.
