Is It Really Free?
Yes. If your fleet is up to 10 vehicles, the core platform is free, forever — no credit card, no trial expiry, no upsell email cadence. We make money on the AI voice agent, customer-facing apps, and the per-vehicle plan above 10 vehicles.
What Does “Talk to Us” Mean for 11+ Vehicles?
One per-vehicle price, no per-module, per-seat, or per-call surcharges. We’ll quote you the number on a 20-minute call. The number you see at the start of the year is the number on the invoice at the end of it.
Are There Hidden Fees?
No. The platform price is the platform price. Stripe charges its standard processing fees on payments (the same rate you’d get anywhere). Beyond that, there are no implementation fees, integration fees, “premium support” tiers, partnership-team fees, or per-API-call surcharges. If we add a paid add-on later, you choose whether to opt in.
How Does Migration Actually Work?
Two weeks or less for a typical fleet, and we do the work. We import your reservation history, customer records, pricing rules, and driver profiles from whatever system you’re on today, and run your old and new platforms in parallel for the first week.
