A farm-out moves operational responsibility to a partner while the reservation and financial obligations still require review.
Review and send the request
- Confirm the reservation, service details, timing, and selected affiliate.
- In Farm Out Booking, review Share passenger phone, Share passenger email, and Share customer.
- Compare Customer booking price with the proposed affiliate amount and currency. Choose Use agreement price or enter an affiliate price when the dialog offers those options.
- For supported GNet affiliates, Check price with affiliate requests a quote. Use View breakdown to inspect its charges. This is the affiliate’s configured rate and may differ from the confirmed price; receiving a quote does not send the job. Assign at affiliate price is available when the returned quote supports it.
- Select Farm Out, then check the affiliate’s response on the booking. A sent request is not acceptance.
Price-check availability depends on the connection and the affiliate. If the quote or agreement changes, review the refreshed price before sending. Manual-affiliate pricing is not available in this dialog.
Follow the affiliate booking
The booking shows your reference and the affiliate’s reference, plus the affiliate’s driver and vehicle when supplied. Use the affiliate reference in Dispatch search to find the matching work.
Available actions depend on the booking and integration. Update affiliate price changes the offer being sent to the affiliate; it is separate from accepting an amount the affiliate reported.
Review charges and closeout
Open the booking’s Settlement tab and review Payables. Compare Agreed with Affiliate says, its grouped charges, and any revision history. Different currencies cannot be compared as a price difference.
- Use Accept affiliate price only for the current amount you intend to agree.
- Dispute affiliate price records your side of the disagreement; it does not send a dispute to the affiliate. Contact the partner separately. Clear dispute removes that block before acceptance.
- An affiliate’s reported close leaves your booking open for reconciliation. If it closed before the ride was completed, review the available outcome choices: Passenger no-show, Cancelled, or Ride was completed.
If the price changes while you are reviewing it, check the refreshed revision before acting again. Review the resulting payout basis in Partner Payouts.
