Open Pricing → Settings and choose the area you need:
- Offices shows office locations synchronized from Open Limo.
- Templates manages pricing rule templates.
- Rate Elements configures calculation order and custom tags.
- Vehicles holds the vehicle multipliers used when filling rates from a base price.
- Holidays manages dates used for pricing surcharges.
These settings can affect more than one plan. Record the current value, make the intended change, and recalculate representative quotes before relying on the new result.
Offices and distance rates
Offices is read-only. Add or edit locations in Backoffice; the changes appear in Studio after synchronization, normally within a few minutes. In a per-mile zone rate, More pricing options → Distance charged → Garage-to-garage uses a selected office location. The rate editor labels that selection Garage.
Company currency
New quote calculations use your company’s configured currency. There is no currency selector in Pricing → Settings. If the company currency cannot be determined, Studio stops the calculation instead of substituting US dollars.
Previously saved quotes retain the currency recorded when they were calculated. Check both the amount and currency when comparing an older quote with a new calculation. If the currency is unexpected or cannot be loaded, ask your administrator or support to check the company’s regional configuration; changing a rate amount does not correct its currency.
