Troubleshoot a pricing rule that did not apply

Use the same trip inputs while investigating so each change has a comparable result.

1. Confirm the intended rate plan, active toggle, active window, and derived Live, Scheduled, Expired, or Inactive state.
2. Review vehicle, service, customer, date, time, and other scope conditions.
3. Check pickup and drop-off geography, including zone boundaries.
4. Inspect rule priority or specificity when more than one rule could match.
5. Check whether competing Base fares, Fee rules, or Plans are Active or Paused in Rules Console, then recalculate currently active behavior in Quote Calculator.

Do not solve a non-match by immediately duplicating the rule or adding a broad override. If escalation is needed, include the topic ID, sanitized test inputs, expected result, actual result, and the relevant plan or rule reference.
