Open Billing → Reports and begin with the business question. Available reports include cash-flow, driver, card-charge, profitability, net-position, turnover, and aging views.
Reproducible reporting
- Choose the report that matches the measure you need.
- Set the period and visible filters deliberately.
- Record the time zone, filters, and generation time with any exported result.
- Compare unexpected totals with the underlying invoices, payouts, or trips.
- Restrict exported financial data to approved recipients and storage.
Two reports may answer different questions and legitimately show different totals. Compare their scope before treating a difference as an error.
