Driver App Preview: Booking, Passengers, and Documents
A preview of upcoming iPhone and Android workflows for return and continuing trips, passenger contact imports, booking review, and driver documents, plus expanded Android business tools.
These changes are in preview and have not yet been released through the App Store or Google Play. A locally installed or company-provided preview is not a store release. Availability will depend on the app version, platform, company setup, and permissions.

Prepare the Next Trip While Saving the First
Save and book a return or continuing trip
Save the current booking once, then open a separate unsaved draft. A return reverses the stop order. A continuing trip starts with both pickup and drop-off blank, including when the passenger flies to a different city before the next pickup. Review a new time, route, and quote before saving the next booking.
Name everyone traveling
Select additional passengers alongside the main passenger and booker. The form prevents selecting the same person more than once and checks that the passenger count can accommodate everyone selected.
Review time and pricing for the actual journey
The iPhone preview adds ASAP booking creation. The Android preview includes adjustable hourly duration and As Directed trips. Route pricing uses the final destination and intermediate stops, and changes to pricing inputs require a current quote before saving.
Clearer recovery when a save is interrupted
Booking forms keep your details after a rejected save and prevent another submission while creation is in progress. If the result is uncertain, check the booking list with dispatch before trying again. Canceling a follow-on draft leaves the original saved booking intact.
Create Passengers Without Losing Contact Details
Create a person while searching
Create New Passenger stays available when selecting a passenger, booker, or additional traveler, even when the search already has results. Use manual entry or start from a phone contact, then review the details before creating the record.
Confirm imported Home and Business addresses
Bring Home and Work contact addresses into editable Home and Business entries. Select the correct address match or remove an unwanted address before saving. Confirmed selections stay with the form while you correct details or handle a duplicate, including the authorized Manage Business passenger workflow.
Resolve duplicate contact details deliberately
Choose an existing passenger, correct the entered details, or explicitly create a different person who shares an email or phone number. Selecting an existing person does not overwrite that person with the imported contact.
Submit Driver Documents and Follow Their Review
Company-specific document forms
Profile → Compliance Documents shows your own document records, status, expiry, and reviewer messages. Choose an available form, complete its required fields, and attach the evidence requested by the company.
License scanning and medical-card text recognition
Scan a license barcode or read a medical-card photo, review the captured information, and use it to fill the document form. Edit the form and captured details before submitting. Capture does not submit a document or attach evidence automatically; required files are selected separately.
Check an uncertain upload before repeating it
If the upload response is interrupted, Check Your Documents lets you look for the saved record before starting another submission. Rejected records show the reviewer message when one is supplied, so you can address the issue with the office.
Review Warnings and Booking Changes in Context
See warnings and before-and-after values
Open Warnings & Review from ride details to inspect advisory warnings and pending changes. Mark warnings reviewed after checking them, and review the booking before accepting. Reject and cancel booking clearly states that rejection cancels the booking.
Recheck changes before a decision
The app refreshes booking state and permissions before a review decision. New changes require another review, and an unclear result needs a status check before the action is repeated.

Find daily work and the right queue
Active drivers have Today, Trips, Insights, and Profile, plus Operations when their role permits it. Today attention items open the relevant ride or Dispatch queue. Authorized administrators can use Operations and Profile without first creating a driver profile.
Manage records, pricing, and booking changes
Manage Business brings together company, vehicle, driver, account, passenger, pricing, and payment tools allowed by the role. Authorized booking edits and current quotes support the trip workflow; reviewing a business record does not grant driving access.
Review the organization’s Platform Terms
Authorized administrators can see current and upcoming terms from Manage Business, open the hosted review page, and return to refreshed acknowledgement status in the app.
