The Driver App shows driving and business tools according to your role and active driver profile. Ask the administrator to check your access if a tool you need is missing.
Availability: This guide describes the Driver App preview documented on September 19, 2026. These changes have not yet been released through the App Store or Google Play. Some business tools described below are specific to the Android preview; company configuration and permissions still apply.
Find your work
With an active driver profile, use Today for current driving work, Trips for the schedule, Insights for available performance information, and Profile for personal settings and documents. Operations appears when your role permits dispatch, fleet, payment, or business tools.
On Android, users without an active driver profile have Profile and, when authorized, Operations. Driving tabs appear after active driver access is confirmed.
On Android, a Needs Attention item on Today opens the relevant ride when there is only one matching ride, or the relevant Dispatch queue when several need attention. Follow Confirm and Assign items to their corresponding work instead of searching the whole schedule again.
Before starting a shift or ride, follow the vehicle and availability setup. Business access alone does not make you an active driver.
Review warnings and booking changes
Dispatch-enabled drivers can open Warnings & Review from ride details. Depending on the booking and phone, the entry may be labeled Review booking & warnings or Booking warnings.
- Read the advisory warnings and check the trip details.
- After dealing with a warning, use Mark reviewed. Load more warnings if offered.
- Use Mark all warnings reviewed only when you intend to mark every unresolved warning on the booking, including warnings beyond the current page.
- If the booking is pending review, compare each Before and After value. If no changed fields are supplied, check the full booking details before deciding.
- Choose Accept booking when the booking is correct, or follow the rejection action only when cancellation is intended.
Reject and cancel booking cancels the booking. It does not simply dismiss the warning or decline one edited field. Read and confirm the cancellation message before proceeding.
The app refreshes access and booking state before saving a decision. If someone changes the booking while you are reviewing it, review the new information before deciding again. If the result of a decision is unclear, reload the booking and confirm its status before repeating the action.
Manage the business on Android
Authorized administrators can open Operations → Manage Business even without a driver profile. Available tools include:
- Company for company details, branding, and locations.
- Vehicles and Drivers for records and assignments.
- Accounts and Passengers for customer records.
- Pricing for basic rates and access to advanced pricing.
- Payments for the payment-review tools allowed by the role.
- Open Limo Platform Terms for the organization’s current acknowledgement and any upcoming terms.
Review all rates and vehicle choices before saving pricing changes. Use the company’s normal pricing review process before applying new prices to live bookings.
To begin driving yourself, open Drivers → Add Driver → Add Myself, save an active driver profile with your sign-in email, and use Start Driving when offered to recheck access. Then select a vehicle and complete the driving setup.
Review Platform Terms on Android
Open Manage Business → Open Limo Platform Terms and check the organization shown. An authorized administrator can choose Review and acknowledge current Terms or Review upcoming Terms, depending on the available action.
The review opens on Open Limo’s hosted page. Read the terms there and only acknowledge them if you are authorized to act for that organization. Return to the app to see the refreshed status; use Refresh status if necessary.
If access or a queue looks wrong
Check the signed-in company, active driver profile, and permissions. Refresh the relevant screen. If an action disappears after permissions change, contact the administrator instead of trying to act through an older open screen.
For passenger setup, see Passengers and contact import. For your own credentials and review status, see Compliance Documents.
