Open Settings → Operations with an administrator and an operations owner when possible. The available controls may affect dispatch behavior or resource workflows.
Change checklist
- Write down the current behavior and the desired outcome.
- Review the label and any inline consequence text before changing a control.
- Make one related change set and save it.
- Test a representative reservation or assignment that exercises the setting.
- Confirm the result with a dispatcher before considering the change complete.
Do not use live, time-sensitive work as the first test. If a label is unclear or the effect cannot be safely tested, leave the current value in place and record the setting name for product review.
