Understand Backoffice settings

Backoffice Settings groups configuration by responsibility.

• Company Setup holds company and office information, plus a summary of company documents.
• Operations includes dispatch assignment policies.
• Team & Permissions controls who can access platform areas.
• Payments contains payment and preauthorization behavior.
• Website contains website addresses, DNS instructions, the booking snippet, and Allowed websites.
• Pricing and Zones take authorized users to Studio.
• Labels contains shared classification values.

Set up a website address

1. Open Settings → Website → Addresses. If several sites are available, select the one you want to configure.
2. Add a domain you own, such as example.com. Adding the name without www also reserves its www address; the page groups their DNS instructions together.
3. Expand Set up DNS and copy the displayed record types, names, and values into your domain provider. Use the records shown for your site.
4. Select Check now after saving the DNS records. Follow the status and certificate messages, then use Visit site when it becomes available.

The first address is the main address. Additional addresses redirect to it by default. Use Make primary to change the main address, or the option to serve the site on an additional address when that is the intended setup. If custom addresses are unavailable under your plan, the page explains this.

Put the booking form on your website

In Booking app on your own website, copy the Snippet and paste it into the page that should contain the form. Enable Show the booking app; turning it off hides the form wherever the snippet is used. Leave Maximum width empty for full width, or enter a valid pixel width and select Save. These settings apply to existing snippets, so you do not need to paste the code again after changing them.

Under Allowed websites, add each other website that hosts the form as an address such as https://www.example.com, without a port, path, or spaces. https://example.com and https://www.example.com are separate entries. A website builder that wraps the snippet in its own frame also needs that frame’s address. Your own website addresses listed under Addresses can already show the form.

This list manages the website permissions used for embedding and API access together. Check any entry with an incomplete-setup message before testing. If the list could not be read, reload it; that message does not mean the list is empty.

Check the published booking flow

Open the actual website page on a desktop browser and a phone. Check address entry and editing, country and phone selection, browser back and forward navigation, and scrolling around the map. On a test booking, correct any inline errors and wait for the submission result before trying again. Check the submission result and locate the matching reservation or quote request before repeating the action.
