Backoffice Settings provides business links for Pricing and Zones. These links open Studio, where pricing configuration is managed.
- Choose Pricing when reviewing rate plans, pricing rules, elements, or pricing settings.
- Choose Zones when reviewing geographic areas in the Zone Explorer.
Opening Studio does not itself change live pricing. Studio now uses plan activation windows and Active/Paused rule state rather than the retired Draft/Published lifecycle. Review the current state and use the quote and Rules Console tools to investigate representative cases. Because there is not yet a verified preview path for inactive configuration, do not activate a material production change until the current activation workflow has been reviewed and approved.
If Studio does not open or a required area is missing, confirm your access rather than creating duplicate configuration in Backoffice.
