In Backoffice Settings, choose Pricing or Zones to open the corresponding Studio area.
- Pricing opens Rate Plans. Choose a plan and its Base Fares tab to review distance, hourly, and zone-based prices. Under Zone Based Rates → List, use Add zone rate or open an existing rate to edit it in the side panel. See the Studio pricing workspace.
- Zones opens Zones → Explorer for reviewing and managing service geography. A zone defines an area; rates inside a plan determine what trips using it cost. See Understand zones in Studio.
Opening Studio does not change pricing. Before saving a rate, check its Active setting and the plan’s active window. Saved active rules can affect matching trips in a live plan; there is no separate Publish step. Use Tools → Quote Calculator to check representative trips after a change.
New calculations use the company’s configured currency. If pricing reports that currency cannot be determined, have the configuration checked instead of changing rate amounts to compensate.
If Studio does not open or a required area is missing, confirm your access rather than creating duplicate configuration in Backoffice.
