Backoffice brings company configuration, reservations, Dispatch, fleet resources, and finance work into one operational workspace. Studio is the separate workspace for zones, rate plans, pricing controls, and pricing investigation.
Use the right area
- Open Settings for company, operations, team, and payment configuration.
- Open Dispatch for reservations, assignment, trip status, and items needing attention.
- Open Fleet, Vehicles, or Drivers for operational resources.
- Open Billing for receivables, invoices, payouts, driver pay, and reports.
- Follow the Pricing and Zones links into Studio when rate logic or service geography changes.
Before live use
- Confirm company and office details.
- Review team access using the least privilege each person needs.
- Add the fleet resources needed for assignment.
- Review operations and payment behavior with the responsible owner.
- Test a representative reservation from entry through billing before treating the setup as complete.
Menu visibility depends on your permissions. If a required area is missing, ask an OpenLimo administrator to review your role rather than sharing credentials.
