Setup sequence
- Complete Settings → Company Setup, including the primary office and business contact details. Review company documents and use Manage in Compliance for changes.
- Add team members in Settings → Team & Permissions and assign the access needed for their work.
- Add vehicles, vehicle types, drivers, and fleet records. Follow the fleet readiness guide to review published requirements and resolve document actions.
- Review Settings → Operations → Dispatch → Assignment rules. Confirm the Allow, Warn, or Block value for each three-choice rule, plus the separate Different vehicle type toggle.
- Review Settings → Payments with the person responsible for collection and preauthorization.
- Open Studio to review zones, rate-plan scopes, variations, vehicle coverage, and company currency. Test a representative quote using the pricing guide.
- If you offer online booking, configure Settings → Website. Follow the Website setup instructions for addresses, DNS, the booking snippet, and Allowed websites.
- Create a test reservation and follow it through Dispatch and Billing. Check customer charges and the driver or affiliate amount in Payables where applicable.
Launch check
Confirm that users can see their areas, dispatchers can find and assign expected resources, document requirements have been reviewed, and pricing returns the intended amount and currency. Finance should be able to locate the resulting billing record.
For web bookings, repeat the test on a phone. Edit a stop address, check the phone country selector, navigate back and forward, and confirm the result of the booking or quote request before submitting again.
