Getting Started with OpenLimo.
From your first sign-in to your first booking. Follow these nine steps to connect your business, fleet, customers, pricing, and drivers.
Start small. Prove the full journey.
Set up one company, one vehicle, one driver, and one customer first. Complete a test booking before adding the rest of your operation. Use a training tenant if one has been provided.
Have your business details, office address, fleet and driver information, customer billing arrangements, and agreed rates ready. You will also need administrator access and a driver’s phone.
If you operate several tenants, repeat this checklist for each one. Settings and records belong to the tenant you are working in.
Where you will work
- Back Office
- Your company, team, fleet, customers, bookings, and billing.
- Studio
- Your rates, pricing rules, zones, and quote checks.
- Driver App · iOS & Android
- Your drivers’ sign-in, vehicle selection, duty status, and trips.
Owner-operators with Tenant Admin access can also use Manage Business in the Driver App. This guide uses Back Office and Studio for the main setup journey.
One step at a time.
Follow the order below, or open a step to check an existing setup. Pricing comes before accounts because each customer account needs an active rate plan.
Check the whole trip.
You are ready when the intended customer receives the right price, Dispatch can assign the right driver and vehicle, the driver sees the trip, and updates return to Back Office.
The final step includes a launch checklist and common fixes. Keep your first test controlled: bookings can send notifications and pricing changes can affect live quotes.
Need a hand?
If you cannot sign in, see the right tenant, or find a required setup screen, ask your company administrator or contact OpenLimo Support. Describe which step you reached and the message you see.
