Review bookings and find the work that needs attention

Read back a booking before saving

Booking readback can show a script or booking details before the first save or every save, according to your reservation settings. Check the trip and terms, then choose Save booking or return to edit. The feature starts off until an administrator enables it.

Tune the Needs Attention queue

Set overdue grace minutes, payment-card waiting lead time, and the passenger-priority threshold. Dispatch adds Person priority and Customer priority filters, including the VIP tier, so teams can focus the board on the work they need to review.

Follow a driver’s work and activity in context

Driver profiles separate Bookings, Activity, and Timecards when enabled. Sign-in summaries and expandable authentication history help staff distinguish recorded sign-ins from foreground activity and unavailable history.

Manage people and partner records with fewer detours

Driver lists add group, vehicle-type, and setup filters. Duplicate-person prompts let staff choose the existing record before creating another. Customer activation codes move to Employees with an optional department, and affiliate profiles add editable vehicle types and service-area choices.

Keep company and insurance details organized

Settings → Website → Site details brings together website contact overrides, opening hours, social links, favicon, and search snippets. Compliance separates coverage policies from Certificates of Insurance, with an option to show replaced policies.

Make financial actions follow your operation’s rules

Set Billing policies in one place

Settings → Business → Billing groups invoice and proforma policies, issue and correction behavior, partner and driver settlement rules, advance limits, and permitted payout methods. The available Billing actions follow those settings.

Clearer limits while reviewing a document

Draft invoices show Draft before a number is issued. Trip-line edits respect the remaining transferable amount, driver settlement previews show returned unpriced-trip warnings, and rejected financial actions show the reason returned by the service.

Recognize Direct Bill and hourly pricing

Direct Bill is identified as its own payment method with receivables context. Hourly fare details show the rate, billed hours, and duration so staff can check how the charge was assembled.

Studio 4.3.0

Make cancellation policies easier to find and check

One default policy for each rate plan

Manage cancellation policies as a flat list within a rate plan, choose its default, and review each policy’s customer-facing wording and fee ladder. A quote uses its selected valid policy or the plan default.

Test the saved cancellation policy

Use the policy test panel to check an example against the saved policy before relying on its result. A booking’s policy selection keeps the policy ID; changing that policy’s contents can affect existing bookings that use it.

See where a quote started

Quote records identify portal, chat, and assistant sources, helping staff understand the context of a pricing enquiry.

Review sign-in activity from Profile

Profile brings together your login, sign-in method, last activity, and an expandable authentication history. Review the account and company context before changing access settings.

Keep the active ride and the next action in view

The September Driver App previews are now followed by store releases. The updated help explains the released workflows and identifies where platforms differ.

Today puts the ride in progress first

The active ride leads Today and is brought into view once. Routine updates preserve your scroll position, vehicle setup stays out of the way during the ride, and supported availability controls show Ride in progress.

Follow a journey with several stops

Review the stop order and use the current stop’s navigation and progress actions as the journey advances. Keep pickup, intermediate stops, and the final drop-off tied to the trip you are working.

Recover more clearly from a declined card

Payment feedback explains a declined collection and offers the recovery actions allowed by your role and company, including another eligible card or a payment email. Check the payment result before repeating a collection.

Move from an attention item to the right work

Needs Attention items open the relevant ride or operational queue. Booking warnings appear when unresolved warnings are confirmed; Retry warning check is available when that check is interrupted.

Prepare passengers, follow-on trips, and documents

Create a passenger directly from selection, review duplicate matches and imported addresses, add named extra travelers, and save separate return or continuing-trip drafts. Driver document capture lets you review the extracted details before explicitly submitting the required evidence.

More dependable driver connections and location sharing

iOS 1.5.5 improves connection recovery and session renewal for more reliable driver updates. Android 1.5.6 fixes a crash when the dispatch connection drops before a location update and clarifies the background-location disclosure. Location and notification permissions still need to be enabled for the work your company requires.
